Welcome to BrickSolvr

BrickSolvr turns any 3D model into a buildable brick model — and tells you exactly which bricks and colors to buy.

   Load a model

   Drop an STL, OBJ, GLB or PLY file anywhere — or click one of the demo models to try it out.

   Set the size and colors

   The Model size slider sets how many studs wide the build is — bigger means more detail and more bricks. The Max colors slider caps how many colors it uses; lower it to merge similar shades for a cheaper, easier build, or leave it at All for no limit. Want a specific palette or brick sizes? See the Colors & sizes tab.

   Compare with the original

   The original model and the brick version sit side by side. Use the Show / hide original button (top-left of the canvas) to toggle the original off and focus on the bricks.

   Build it for real

   Get the exact shopping list of brick sizes and colors, then hit the Step-by-step guide button to walk through the build one layer at a time.

Open Colors & sizes from the Setup panel to fine-tune which colors and brick sizes the build uses — so the shopping list matches what you can actually buy.

  Colors

  Leave the palette empty to keep the model's own colors (similar shades are grouped into one buyable color), or add your own — every brick then snaps to the closest color you picked. Add colors from the quick-pick swatches or type any hex, rgb( ) or hsl( ) value. To simply cap the number of colors, use the Max colors slider on the Setup panel instead.

  Brick sizes

  In the Brick sizes tab, choose which sizes you own — they apply to every color. Anything they can't cover shows up as missing parts.
